✅ Booking Rules • Bookings open: 7 days to 24 hours before the shoot. • 40% advance is required via UPI (Razorpay) to confirm your slot. • This advance is fully refundable until 48 hours before the shoot. • No rescheduling is allowed after booking. ❌ Cancellation • Cancel before 48 hours → Full refund. • Cancel within 48 hours → No refund on advance. 💰 Payment • 40% advance at booking. • Remaining 60% before delivery. 📍 Client Responsibility • Ensure location access, permissions, and timely readiness. • Delays from client side won’t extend shoot time. 🛑 Our Right to Cancel • We may cancel due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or emergencies (with refund if unpaid). By booking, you agree to these terms.
